PRAVASI LEGAL AID CELL - NORKA- TO HELP THE ACCUSED IN FOREIGN JAILS

The incidents which deny the legal rights to the Indian prisoners in foreign jail are increasing. The effort by State to help the pravasi people by constituting legal aid cell and related help are a great relief for their families. Most of the countries only permit their native lawyers to represent the accused/defendant in the proceedings; especially in the Arab countries, all the proceedings are in Arabic and it cause expensive for the victims to get the help of the lawyer in foreign country.
