Partnership not created by 'status' bur from 'contract'.
Section 58 of the Act deals with the registration of partnership firm.
Documents needed:
1. Amount of capital contributed
2. profit or loss sharing ratio
3. salary or commission of the partner
4. duration of business
5 name and address of partners
6. duty and powers of partners
7. nature and place of business
8. any other terms and conditions
Along with regn form and other docs.

ReplyDeleteI want to register a firm as partnership basis.can i know what are the procedures and how to apply,is there any fee applicable .please revert me about this .
First, the partners have to reach in consensus regarding the basic matters in their partnership deed and have to create a valid agreement on its basis. the deed can be registered like an agreement in the local SRO or the registration can be done in the particular office. (At TVM in Kerala).

ReplyDeletePartnership firm regs are at Tvm. If you want only the partnership agreement to be registered, u can do it in your local SRO
ReplyDeleteSir,I have lost my partnership deed and all its copies.The same is registered with Partnership firms registration at TVM and I manged to get an copy of registration on a 50 Rs stamp paper but they do not have deed copy.please advise me from anywhere else I can get a copy of it like SRO or District RO etc.
