ReplyDeleteI was robbed by some police men and a Mobile Court Judge near Kalamacherry on 1st of October, 2010. None of them had name badge in their shirt. My car is Tamilnadu registration and it was flagged down and a police like man checked all the papers, driving license etc... and finally had a fault that my car has plastic number plate and noted a charge sheet saying small letters in number plate. (The letters are not small any way, and it is not even fancy) I was directed to the near by mobile court where a man with Judge's black court sitting there and fined me 500 Rs.
ReplyDeleteI searched the websites today and found out that it is 100 Rs, for number plate violation.
I wonder 500 Rs or 100 Rs for number plate violation.
I am also sure about the nature of number plate and norms regarding that...
I think I am robbed by the Judge.. long live corrupt system.

ReplyDeleteIn November 2011 while i am driving incidently used my mobile phone and found it traffic police and they charged petty case they asked 1000Rupees , then i told i have no 100 rupees now they they wrote some recipt and i signed back side of that they didnt give back any paper,now 6 month has completed but i didnt get any information from court, what can i do, how can i know what is the status of that i ma working un abroad. but it happend in ernakulam when i was vocation please help me
You will get summons from the court. The name of police station is not mentioned in your query. If it is mentioned, we can inform about the court from which you will receive summons. Even if you are abroad, you can pay the fine through lawyer. Through Power of Attorney or by sending vakalath.
