The accused in a crime is granted bail by the Court. The criminal trial is pending before the court. The question is whether the accused need to take permission from the court to go abroad ?
If the bail condition does not impose any restriction leaving the country, the accused who holds a valid passport need not get any permission from the court. The section 6 and 22 of Passports Act 1967 - legal position.
