EVEN THEN WE NEED A THOROUGH CAMPAIGN ON RTS FOR BETTER UNDERSTANDING and AWARENESS ABOUT THE ACT not ONLY AMONGST THE CITIZENS but AMONGST GOVT EMPLOYEESS also.
