ReplyDeleteI spokes with panchayth official's , they are not aware about this notification, and i show this draft but they are not convinced, what is the possible way to get approval beyond 50m in coastal area

This draft will come in to force only after 60 days of its publication in official Gazette. till then there is possibility (remote) of corrections in it. After than, Panchayath authorities can be legally tackled if they are not willing.
