VEHICLE CHECKING - POSSESSION OF ORIGINAL LICENSE MANDATORY - POLICE CIRCULAR DATED 2-4-16

The Kerala Police issued a circular clarifying the provisions in Kerala and Central Motor Vehicle law.Since the Central law mandates possession of original license at the time of driving, a circular dated 2-4-16 has been issued in this regard.
